Finding a nanny...

Call us and have a chat! Let us know what you need, and we can discuss the best form of childcare for you.
Fill out a registration form to help us begin our search for you.
We will look through our database to see if someone suitable may be already on our files.
If we do not have anyone suitable to hand we will begin our search process to match your vacancy.
We will keep in regular contact to inform you of progress.
We will send you CVs and registration forms of applicants who are interested in your vacancy.
Let us know if you would like to interview one of our nannies.

the interview...

If you would like to interview one of our nannies we will contact them to see if the feelings are mutual.
We will arrange the interview for you, or can give you the contact details so that you can arrange it directly.

ready to accept someone...

Call us to let us know if you want to offer the job to one of our candidates
We will let her know.
Draw up a contract of employment - we can help with this. This must include:
Names of employer and employee
Job title
Start date
Place of work
Salary Details
Duties
Contractual hours and specifics of overtime work
Sickness entitlement
Holiday entitlement
Length of notice required to terminate the contract
Details of disciplinary and grievance procedures

The contract is a legal one and we recommend that you complete this prior to commencement of the position. As well as drawing up the contract, you are more than likely going to have to register with the Inland Revenue as an employer. You can find out lots of information from www.nannytax.co.uk

Although we carry out thorough checks on our applicants, we always advise clients to satisfy themselves as to the history of their potential employee.

when to pay...

To secure a placement, we require a 100% payment within 7 days of acceptance. Please note, we will not confirm acceptance of a position with our applicants until we are in receipt. This means they will still be available for interview. Failure to comply with these rules will invalidate our refund policy.
